These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Get Seen Online, a white-labelled software platform providing customer relationship management, website, funnel, and marketing tools (the "Platform"), together with any related training, community, support, and services (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our separate Cancellation Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Platform and Services (together, the "Agreement").
By registering for an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you accept this Agreement and that you agree to comply with it. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. By registering for an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
The Platform is intended for use by businesses and individuals operating in a business capacity. It is not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.
By registering for an account, you further confirm and warrant that you are entering into this Agreement wholly or mainly for the purposes of a trade, business, or profession, and not as a consumer. Accordingly, this Agreement is a business-to-business contract, and consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, does not apply to it. If you register for or use the Platform in a personal capacity contrary to this confirmation, you agree to indemnify us against any loss, cost, or liability we incur as a result.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Registration
To use the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep this information up to date.
4.2 Team Members
Account Holders may invite Team Members to access their account. Account Holders remain fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account, including activity carried out by Team Members, and for ensuring Team Members comply with this Agreement.
4.3 Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account unless caused by our breach of this Agreement.
4.3.1 Our Access to Your Account. Where you grant us or our Team Members access to your account, sub-accounts, or any connected third-party platform for the purpose of providing Services, we will only use such access for that purpose. We are not liable for any pre-existing issues, platform errors, third-party software issues, account suspensions, or actions you or your Team Members take within your account, whether before, during, or after we have been granted access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised, shared, or used fraudulently.
5. Our Services and Membership Tiers
We offer a range of subscription tiers, each providing different levels of access to the Platform, features, support, and community, as set out on our website. Current tier names, features, and pricing are shown on our website and at checkout, and may be updated by us from time to time in accordance with Clause 6.4.
Certain features, including but not limited to payment processing, the number of connected sub-accounts, website and funnel building, and access to community or 1:1 support, are only available on specific tiers. Details of what is included in each tier are set out on our website.
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features available within any tier, and to introduce new tiers or discontinue existing ones, provided that we give you reasonable notice of any material reduction in the features available to you.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Subscription Fees
By subscribing to a Plan, you agree to pay the Fees associated with that Plan as set out on our website at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the Plan you select, and will continue to renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
6.2 Usage-Based Charges
Certain features of the Platform, including but not limited to email sending, SMS and calling, and AI-powered tools, may incur additional usage-based charges once any included allowance is exceeded. These charges will be notified to you in advance and are payable in addition to your subscription Fee.
6.3 Payment Method
You must provide a valid payment method and keep your payment details up to date. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all Fees due under this Agreement, including recurring charges, without further authorisation from you.
6.4 Changes to Fees
We may change our Fees or the features included within a Plan from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase or material change to your Plan by email. If you do not wish to accept the change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Continued use of the Platform after a Fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new Fee.
6.5 Late or Failed Payment
If a payment fails or is not received by the due date, we may suspend your access to the Platform, including any scheduled automations, emails, or workflows, until payment is received. We may retry failed payments using your payment method on file. If payment remains outstanding, we reserve the right to terminate your account in accordance with Clause 19.
6.6 Taxes
All Fees are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If we become VAT registered in future, VAT will be added at the applicable rate, and we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before this applies to your subscription.
6.7 No Offset
You may not withhold or offset any Fees due to us against any claim you believe you may have against us.
7. Support Services
Support is provided in accordance with the level associated with your Plan, as described on our website. This may include, without limitation, access to a private community, group training calls, email support, and, on eligible Plans, 1:1 strategy calls.
We aim to respond to support requests within a reasonable timeframe but do not guarantee specific response times unless expressly stated on our website for your Plan.
8. Acceptable Use
When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:
use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works from the Platform or any part of it;
resell, sublicense, rent, or provide access to the Platform to any third party otherwise than as expressly permitted by your Plan;
use the Platform to send unsolicited bulk communications, spam, or content that breaches applicable marketing or telecommunications laws;
upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of any third party;
interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any other Account Holder's data;
use the Platform to host or manage the accounts of more than one separate business under a single subscription other than as expressly permitted by your Plan or by separate written agreement with us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have breached this Clause.
8A.1 We are committed to maintaining a professional working relationship with all Account Holders.
8A.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account, without refund, if an Account Holder or any Team Member engages in conduct towards us that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
8A.3 We further reserve the right to refuse or terminate the provision of Services where we reasonably consider an Account Holder's use of the Platform to be unlawful, unethical, or inconsistent with our policies or professional standards.
8A.4 Where an account is terminated under this Clause, any Fees already paid shall remain non-refundable, and any outstanding Fees shall remain payable.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Platform, including all software, design, templates, training materials, branding, and other content we provide (excluding your Content), is and remains our property or that of our licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform and our training materials solely for the purpose of operating your own business, for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our training materials, templates, or methodology to create a competing product or service, or to teach or train others.
9.2 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights in your Content. We do not claim any ownership over Content you upload to the Platform. By uploading Content, you grant us a licence to host, store, and process that Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and upload your Content, and that your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of your Content. While we take reasonable steps to protect Content stored on the Platform, we do not guarantee against loss and recommend you keep independent backups of anything business-critical.
9.3 We may use artificial intelligence (AI) assisted tools, software, or technologies as part of our internal workflow and in the delivery of Services, including but not limited to configuration support, automation development, content suggestions, and platform troubleshooting.
Use of AI-assisted tools forms part of our standard working practices and is reflected in the pricing of our Services. This does not affect the ownership, intellectual property rights, or licensing provisions set out elsewhere in this Agreement.
9.4 Migrated and Client-Provided Content
9.4.1 Where you ask us to copy, import, migrate, or otherwise transfer any Content, account structure, workflows, automations, templates, or other material from another platform, agency, or white-label provider into your account on the Platform, you warrant that:
9.4.1.1 you own the material in question, or you hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to transfer and use that material on our Platform; and
9.4.1.2 the transfer does not affect the intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or contractual terms owed to any third party, including any current or former platform or white-label provider. In particular, any underlying templates, frameworks, snapshot structures, or proprietary systems that belong to a previous provider are treated separately from your own content, data, or deliverables built using those systems, and only the latter is intended to be migrated.
9.4.2 We will carry out migration requests based on the information and instructions you provide. If you're ever unsure whether something you'd like migrated may include content, templates, systems, or methodology belonging to a previous provider, let us know and we'll flag anything that looks like it falls into that category before proceeding. Responsibility for confirming you're entitled to transfer any such material rests with you, but we'll work with you in good faith to identify anything unclear.
9.4.3 We carry out migration and copying instructions on your behalf and at your direction. We accept no liability for any claim, loss, or dispute arising from Content you have asked us to migrate that you were not entitled to transfer, and you agree to indemnify us against any such claim in accordance with Clause 17 (Indemnity).
9A. Non-Solicitation
9A.1 In using the Platform, you may become aware of the underlying structure, configuration, methodology, or third-party arrangements through which we provide our white-labelled Services.
9A.2 For the duration of this Agreement and for a period of 12 months following its termination, you agree not to, and not to permit any Team Member to:
9A.2.1 approach, engage, or contract directly with any underlying platform provider, white-label provider, or third party that we use to deliver the Services, for the purpose of obtaining equivalent services outside of this Agreement, where you became aware of that provider or arrangement through your use of the Platform; or
9A.2.2 use knowledge gained through your use of the Platform to establish, operate, or assist in establishing a competing white-labelled service offering substantially similar services to other businesses.
9A.3 This Clause does not prevent you from using any other GoHighLevel account, sub-account, or white-labelled platform that you independently establish, provided it does not rely on knowledge or arrangements obtained through this Agreement in breach of Clause 9A.2.
10: Data Protection
10.1 Each party shall comply with its obligations under applicable data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, in relation to any personal data processed in connection with the Platform.
10.2 Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example, your clients' contact details stored within your account), we do so as a processor acting on your instructions. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any necessary consents to upload and process such data on the Platform.
10.3 Sub-processors. We may engage third-party sub-processors (including subcontractors and infrastructure providers) to assist in delivering the Services. Where we do, we will ensure they are bound by data protection obligations equivalent to those set out in this Clause.
10.4 Breach Notification. In the event of a personal data breach affecting your Content, we will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of it, and will provide reasonably requested information to assist you in meeting any of your own regulatory obligations.
10.5 Further detail on how we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, including payment processors, telecommunications providers, and the underlying software infrastructure that powers the Platform. Your use of any third-party service accessed through the Platform is subject to that provider's own terms, and we are not responsible for the availability, performance, or acts or omissions of any third-party provider.
12. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Platform available and operating smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may carry out planned maintenance or updates from time to time and will aim to give reasonable notice where this is likely to cause disruption.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time, provided that we act reasonably in relation to any Account Holder with an active, paid subscription.
13. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our separate Cancellation Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and sets out the notice required, what happens to your access and Content, and our approach to refunds.
14. Account Transfer Policy
Full details of our discretionary account and snapshot transfer offer, including the plans it applies to and the conditions attached, are set out in our Cancellation Policy. In summary, for Account Holders on eligible Plans, we may, at our discretion, provide a free transfer of certain elements of your account to a new GoHighLevel agency account of your own, but only where you have contacted us to arrange this, set up your new agency account using our affiliate link, and we have confirmed that the new account originated from that link.
This is offered as a goodwill benefit and does not constitute a guarantee that all Content or account configuration can or will be transferred. See our Cancellation Policy for full terms.
15. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any representation or guarantee that using the Platform will result in any particular level of income, sales, or business success. Your results depend on a wide range of factors specific to your business, and we make no guarantee of outcome.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content or third-party materials accessed through the Platform, nor for any commercial agreements or dealings between you and your own clients or customers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total Fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, or business opportunity, even if such loss was foreseeable.
Nothing in this Clause affects your statutory rights as a business customer under applicable law.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your Content, or your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party.
18. Confidentiality
18.1 Definition. For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" means any non-public information disclosed by either party to the other in connection with this Agreement, whether marked as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential given its nature or the circumstances of disclosure. This includes, but is not limited to, Content, client and customer data, sub-account information, business processes, pricing, financial information, and login credentials or account access.
18.2 Obligation. Each party agrees to keep the other's Confidential Information confidential, to use it only for the purposes of performing its obligations under this Agreement, and not to disclose it to any third party, except:
18.2.1 where disclosure is required to deliver the Services (for example, to a subcontractor or third-party provider bound by confidentiality obligations at least as strict as these);
18.2.2 where required by law, regulation, or a valid order of a court or governmental authority;
18.2.3 where the receiving party obtains the prior written consent of the disclosing party.
18.3 Exclusions. These obligations do not apply to information that was already lawfully known to the receiving party before disclosure, is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party, is independently developed without reference to the Confidential Information, or is lawfully received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality.
18.4 Duration. This obligation survives termination or expiry of this Agreement and continues indefinitely, or until the information falls within one of the exclusions above, whichever occurs first.
18.5 Security. Each party will take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the other's Confidential Information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, consistent with obligations under UK GDPR where personal data is involved (see Clause 10).
18.6 Internal Access. Where our Team Members or subcontractors are granted access to an Account Holder's Content, account, or sub-accounts for the purpose of delivering Services, such access is governed by this Clause 18 in the same way as any other disclosure of Confidential Information, and we remain responsible for ensuring that access is limited to what is reasonably necessary to deliver the Services.
19. Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to remedy that breach within a reasonable period of us notifying you, if you fail to pay Fees when due, or if we reasonably believe your use of the Platform poses a risk to us, other Account Holders, or third parties.
On termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately, subject to the terms of our Cancellation Policy regarding any post-termination access or transfer arrangements.
20. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this Agreement where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, industrial action, internet or telecommunications failures, or failure of any third-party provider we rely upon.
21. General
21.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Platform and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
21.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or removed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
21.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be treated as a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.
21.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services or for legal or regulatory reasons. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or via the Platform in advance. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
